Simply go to https://www.rttelecom.com/signup.asp, fill out the sign up form and email support@rttelecom.com. Your account will be activated within minutes with a confirmation email.

How do I create my account (Existing Customer sign up)?
Email support@rttelecom.com. Your account will be activated within minutes with a confirmation email.

Is the Website Secure?
Our website is 100% secure. We use Secured Socket Layer (SSL) certificate issued by GoDaddy using 128-bit encryption technology. We encrypt all communication between your browser and our website.

Can I place a call while traveling overseas?
Yes. You can stay connected even when you are traveling abroad! RT Telecom, Etc. provides toll-free and local access numbers from international destinations worldwide. All you have to do is to dial the toll-free or local access number for the country that you are in and follow the prompts.

How do I register my phone number?
RTTelecom allows you to register up to 8 numbers (1 primary and 7 additional) with your account. You'll be able to place calls without having to enter a PIN number when using our service from those numbers.

To register a number, simply log on to 'My PINs' and add new number.
